We are committed to providing high-quality, comfortable, and durable home and office products. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, Welax offers a clear Limited Warranty Policy for each product, protecting your core rights under normal use conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

From the date of purchase, Welax provides warranty service covering defects in materials or workmanship.
During the warranty period, if a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material issues, we will, at our discretion:
  • Provide free replacement parts;
  • Offer a replacement product or a refund after evaluation if repair or replacement is not feasible.
All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or electronic invoice.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date you receive the product. Please retain your proof of purchase for verification.

3. Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

This limited warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear (such as fabric wear or minor wrinkles)
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product manual or maintenance instructions
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or use of non-original parts
  • Shipping damage caused by carriers (shipping insurance is recommended)
  • Accessories or third-party products not manufactured by Welax (products purchased through third-party platforms should be serviced by the original seller)

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing or material defect, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Welax account and locate the corresponding order.
  2. Visit our “Contact Us / Warranty Support” page.
  3. Submit the following information:
    1. Order number or proof of purchase
    2. Product name and model
    3. Description of the issue
    4. Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Our customer service team will review your request and contact you with a solution. We aim to respond within 1–3 business days after receiving complete information.

5.Repair, Replacement, or Refund Process

  • If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, we will arrange free replacement parts or product replacement;
  • If the product cannot be repaired and the same model is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or a refund;
  • According to our records, you have up to 60 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your product.

6.Extended Warranty Program

You may receive an additional 6-month warranty extension by completing the following steps:
  • Take a photo or video of your new Welax product;
  • Post it on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, or TikTok with the hashtag #Welax and set the post to public;
  • Copy the post link and submit it through the Extended Warranty Form below;
Once your submission is approved, you will receive a free 6-month warranty extension.

7.Additional Terms

  • This warranty is a Limited Warranty and does not affect any rights granted to you by applicable law;
  • In some countries or regions, limitations or exclusions may not apply, so certain terms may not apply to you;
  • Welax reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. The updated version will be published on our website.
