How to Join

Terms & Conditions

1.Eligibility

  • This Program is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. mailing address.
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2.Program Overview

  • The Welaxhome Black Friday Referral Program (“the Program”) allows existing customers (“Referrers”) to invite new customers (“Referees”) to shop using a personal referral link.
  • Referees (new customers) receive 5% off their first order, and Referrers earn 8% cash rewards based on their friends’ completed order value (before tax and after discounts).

3.Reward Issuance

  • Rewards are issued after the referred order is completed and not refunded, typically within 1–7 business days.
  • Rewards will be sent automatically to the Referrer’s PayPal account.
  • Each reward is capped at a maximum of USD $500 per qualifying order.
  • If the referred order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding reward becomes invalid.
  • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer or total rewards you can earn, except for the per-order cap.

4.Privacy & Data Use

  • By participating, you agree that Welaxhome may collect and use necessary personal information solely for program management and reward distribution.
  • Welaxhome will not sell or share participant information with any third parties without consent.

5.Limitation of Liability

  • Welaxhome is not responsible for any technical failures, internet delays, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events that may affect participation or reward processing.
  • Participation in this Program is at your own risk.
  • In no event shall Welaxhome’s total liability exceed the amount of rewards earned by a participant.

6.Program Modifications & Termination

  • Welaxhome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Rewards already issued or pending processing will not be affected by such changes.

7.Legal & Acceptance

  • This Program is governed by U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
  • By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Welaxhome Privacy Policy.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
