Why are these products on clearance?
Our clearance sales mainly feature overstock items or products being updated to new versions. All clearance items are 100% brand new, authentic, and subject to the same strict quality standards as any other Welax product.
Can I use additional discount codes on clearance items?
Unless stated otherwise, clearance items are already offered at our maximum markdown and generally cannot be combined with other promo codes or store discounts.
Is shipping free for clearance items?
Yes! Just like with our regular orders, we offer free shipping across Canada.
How long does handling and shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, carrier delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a clearance item if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. Clearance purchases are still covered by our 60-day home trial. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return within 60 calendar days of receipt (the item must be in good condition and in its original packaging).
Do clearance products come with a warranty?
Yes, fully covered. Buying on clearance does not affect your warranty rights: all items come with our Welax commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as any statutory warranties applicable by law.

How can I track my shipment?
